Music is given prime importance as part of the MIS curriculum. Our school has a highly accomplished music staff and a well-equipped music room with a variety of musical instruments. The children are encouraged to recite and sing their rhymes, school songs, the national anthem and taught to play various musical instruments depending on their abilities.
MIS believes in bringing out the best from its pupils. Extra activities and academic excellence form an integral part of the school curriculum. Performing Arts is given high importance in the learning process to give expression to their imaginations and thus enhance creativity.
The art room presents opportunities to pupils for developing varied artistic interests including woodwork, clay modelling, painting, drawing and craftwork.
